<b>\u00faltimo d\u00eda para que te paguen el aguinaldo<\/b>, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 87 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En caso de a\u00fan no haber recibido tu <b>aguinaldo\u00a0<\/b><b><\/b>puedes asesorarte con la Procuradur\u00eda Federal de la Defensa del Trabajo, mejor conocida como Profedet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <b>Profedet <\/b>te ayudar\u00e1 a proceder ante las instancias jurisdiccionales correspondientes, seg\u00fan sea el caso, como:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list__StyledUnorderedList-sc-1r0k0z3-2 buyWux\">\n<li class=\"list__StyledListItem-sc-1r0k0z3-0 hpDWbX\">Las Juntas de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Arbitraje Federal o locales<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__StyledListItem-sc-1r0k0z3-0 hpDWbX\">Los Tribunales Laborales federal o locales<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__StyledListItem-sc-1r0k0z3-0 hpDWbX\">Los Centros de Conciliaci\u00f3n y Registro Laboral federal o locales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" aguinaldo?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <b>Ley Federal de Trabajo <\/b>en su art\u00edculo 87 establece que todos los trabajadores formales tienen derecho a recibir un aguinaldo anual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para los trabajadores que laboraron todo el a\u00f1o con el mismo patr\u00f3n, el pago del <b>aguinaldo <\/b>nuca deber\u00e1 ser menor a 15 d\u00edas de salario, es decir, deber\u00e1n recibir el equivalente a una quincena adicional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los a los trabajadores que <b>no laboraron todo el a\u00f1o con el mismo patr\u00f3n <\/b>deber\u00e1n salario diario vigente, por ejemplo, si el trabajador percibe un salario variable, se calcula a partir del promedio de los salarios percibidos durante el a\u00f1o, o durante el tiempo que lleva laborando.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez se tenga el ingreso mensual o promedio de ingreso mensual, el n\u00famero total debe dividirse entre 30 para obtener el salario diario.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-1x318ic-0 gCUWbD\">Posteriormente se multiplicar\u00e1 el resultado por la cantidad de d\u00edas que otorga
